Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We need a copy of your Purchase Order, please include it with the order form.
What is the shipping time?
Most orders ship immediately via UPS. Allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders.
Do you accept credit card orders?
Yes. Please include your information on the order form or call us with your Credit Card Information.
Do I get a discount ordering more than one language?
Yes. You pay for the total number of books that you order, regardless of language, of a single book title. For example, you may mix 50 English, 25 Spanish, 10 Chinese, 10 Vietnamese, 5 Creole for total of 100 Why Should I Nurse My Baby? books. You get the discount for the total of 100.
How do I buy a single book?
We only sell wholesale. If you are a health care provider and you would like a sample copy to review, please contact us. If you are a parent who would like to buy one book, please ask for it at your local bookstore, or order from Amazon.com.
How do I place an order?
Call us at 800-397-5833. Have your purchase order number or credit card information handy. Or you can Download an Order Form from this site. You can call, fax or mail in the order.
Can I review a sample copy?
We are happy to provide health care providers with samples of our books. Please call us with your request.
How do I order customized books?
Call us or place an order using our standard order form. We will need your input on how you want the back cover to appear. Please read the page about Custom Covers and there you can also view what other organizations have done. You may put any text or graphics you want, as long as it is not copyrighted information. If you do use a graphic, it must have a high resolution. Call us for more information.
Can we customize the text?
It is possible to make minor text changes to reflect your policy. Specific terms and conditions do apply. Please call us for more information.
